Into Kampuchea through the back door

Yesterday was a day of full fledged emotions. Always on the road, by van, by bus, by car… by boat. Keeping on moving, always. I also crossed a national border on foot, something emblematic, that gives the idea that borders are just artificial lines. I stepped into Cambodja and decided to take advantage of a cab and share it with a Cambodjan family… 450 kms to Phnom Penh… on one condition: no highways. Just secondary roads, lost little villages that a traveller loves to find. At the end of the day, I was grateful…
